At Anglian Care we understand that consistency and continuity in care is paramount for our service users to get the most out of our service. Therefore, working with you, if we can find the right carer and package that meets your specific needs that will be our common goal.
In some instances it may be necessary for more than one carer to visit our service user. In this case we will work together to come to a mutual solution.
Anglian Care’s software allows for remote, real-time scheduling of visits for your loved one so that we can be responsive to your care needs.
Through our e-care plan system our person centred care plans can be updated quickly and easily so that you are receiving the tailored care.
Anglian Care supports our care team through being able to access up to 35% of their earned wages 15 minutes after they have completed their work. Giving them flexibility and freedom over their finances.

Depending on your individual finances care can be funded through Essex County Council or privately funded.
To find out whether you are eligible to support with your care needs speak to the social care team at Essex County Council. Here you will be able to be assigned a social worker and a financial assessment will be carried out. Give us a call below to help you with this process.
